Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actor. Her performances in the movies Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful and also on the TV series Angela's eyes Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are among her most recognizable works. Amantha is the star of Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama series. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress who works in television as well as in movies. Her popularity was boosted by her performances in the drama series Rectify and the sci-fi drama Timeless. Her debut as an actor was All My Children, a soap opera set in Gulf Breeze Florida. The soap opera All My Children won the actress an award by Soap Opera Digest for the best female Newcomer. Following that she mostly played guest parts on various television series. The audience was impressed by her role of the character Dr. Erin Jameson in the TV show Hawthorne. With her amazing looks and acting talent, she slowly gained a massive fan base. Her first film appearance came in 20 years old, acting in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War as along with Chasing Mavericks are two other films where she was featured. In recognition of her performance on Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. The most recent role she has played on TV has been in the leading character of the history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi television series Timeless. Spencer was nominated as a Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's performance in Timeless. The show has received reviews of praise.
